I am proud to provide compassionate, affirming, and inclusive counseling services to individuals, couples, and families, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they can feel heard, respected, and comfortable being their authentic selves.
With more than 20 years of experience in the counseling field, I believe that every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with clients facing a variety of challenges, including substance use and recovery, depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, PTSD, and life transitions.
My counseling approach is client-centered, compassionate, and individualized to each person’s unique needs and experiences. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strength-Based Therapy to help clients better understand their thoughts and behaviors, identify practical steps toward their goals, and recognize the strengths and resources they already possess.
My goal is to meet clients where they are, walk alongside them through the counseling process, and help them build confidence, resilience, and make meaningful change in their lives and relationships.
